I was cleaning out some baskets in my craft room (much needed) and found these embossed background heart layers. I think the embossing folder is a cuddlebug folder. I use to do a lot with that several years ago. I decided it was time to use some of the stuff in the basket and here is what I came up with. I used Basic Black , Whisper White and Real Red cardstock. The LOVE (in Basic Black) on the front of this card was cut out on the Silhouette Cameo. The Real Red heart was cut out with the heart from the Circle Card framelits 133480. I added a rhinestone to the corner of the heart. On the inside an oval was cut from the Ovals Collection 129381 and a heart like on the front of the card was added to the bottom of the oval. Cute and simple, huh! On the next card the LOVE was cut out from a framelit that was in a supplement from SU...it is retired, but was just to cute not to use. The
'u" was cut from a framelit from the Label Card framelit 133479 and I cut the "u" off of it and placed it in the center of the Real Red heart. On the inside of the card is an oval with a red heart placed at the bottom. The red heart of this card was punched from the Sweetheart punch on page 222 of the annual Stampin' Up catalog. I just love the shape of it. Hope you enjoy and let me which one you like the best. It is always good to hear what others think of you creations. Now I feel better knowing I cleaned out some of the STUFF that was sitting around in baskets. I have some more to use and will share in a couple of days.
Happy Stamping!

Just Wanted to Share!
These two Valentine's I received several years ago and have no idea who made them. I have never sent them out because I liked them and wanted to save them, silly huh! I am sure the persons that sent them to me meant for me to use them. The pink card with the flower on it I don't have any clue what was used. I think you can figure it out if you want to make one. The one with truck is from Loads of Love a Stampin'Up set. They used Real Red, Basic Black and Whisper White cardstock. Ink is Basic Black, Real Red and Brillant Blue marks. This stamp set is retired as well as the Brillant Blue marker. The hearts in the back of the truck have Crystal Effects on them and popped on with dimensionals. The red portion has little hearts stamped all over it with Real Red ink. I just wanted to share some of my favorite things. Hope you enjoy and don't forget to leave me a comment. I love to hear from you.

Projects from Silhouette!!
I have been absent for awhile from doing cards and other projects because of health issues. I am feeling much better and will get back on schedule. When I did feel like doing anything it was with vinyl. So today I thought I would share some of the gift items that were made. I hope you like.
As you can see from the mix that I did, monogram cards for my oldest grandaughters classmates, gift tags, ornaments with Clemson paws, ornaments with for my youngest grandaughters class mates, and the gold charger plates with images from Silhouette store. They were so much fun and easy to make and share with others. I hope everyone enjoys looking at the fun projects and if you have any questions please email me. I will reply. Take care and have a Merry Christmas! Happy stamping and enjoying your craft goodies, Johnnie Sexton

Another thank You!
We used this stamp set the other day in workshop and I had it sitting on my work space and a piece of white cardstock laying beside it and it started calling my name.....do something with me! And this is what I came up with. I love this photopolymer stamp set! I was going to use the biggest thank you in the stamp set but it was just to big for me. A very simple and quick cards to make. I laid out all the layers and stamped them at the same time with a few mishaps along the way. Took all of 30 minutes to make 8 cards. Notice on one of the cards I used some Real Red twine but didn't like the way it looked so did not do the others with it. At first I thought the hearts made it look like Valentine's, but then I thought its okay cause we should have a heart all the time, not just at Christmas and Valentine's. This is what I am giving the workshop group as a thank you for the orders placed this month. You could even place some rhinestones randomly to perk it up a little. This would look good in any color...go play with your inks and stamps!

Cake Server and Pyrex Dish Clemson Style!
I have been working on several projects for my niece for her tailgating and camping ventures. She gave me a cake server and told me to do what I wanted, so I did! Then I met a woman in Walmart that needed help with the size of a pyrex dish (she couldn't see the numbers). She said she was looking for a certain size because a friend was going to glass etch the Clemson paw into the dish. Welllllll.....you know what that did to me! Yep! I had to go to Michael's and get some Armor Etch and a real sweet individual in Cheraw, SC shared an image with me. Thanks Bethany...you are the bom! So, now I am enabled to do another craft. I just love people who share ideas with others. You are a special breed of people. Not everyone is that generous. Now on to the projects. I decorated the cake server in orange and purple with the initial and then I etched the paw into the pyrex dish and then thought this needs more and put her last name on the side. I think they turned out pretty cute for the first one's I did. Yeah me!

Hope you enjoy my projects and this will give you inspiration to go play in your craft room today. I bought my vinyl at Expressions Vinyl.
Happy playing,

Another Thank You
We made this card in our workshop and I cannot remember what the name of the DSP is and can't find a package to tell me where I got it. Woe is me! I think that tells me I have to much stuff! But I do know what cardstock I used. Very Vanilla, Old Olive (my all time favorite in the green family of colors), Cherry Cobbler. Cherry Cobbler was used for sentiment. Sentiment is from Another Thanks photopolymer set. Another of my favorite stamp sets. On the inside I put a Very Vanilla insert. Quick and simple is the name of the game. Cherry Cobbler ribbon was used for the center of the card. Hope you will leave a comment and have a great weekend. Stay warm!
