Harriett Allen provided this card for us in our workshop. She got the idea from Pinterest and really enjoyed making it. I just love the funky little star that she used. A strip of Night of Navy was used and it was embossed in the Striped Embossing folder by SU. Real Red was used for the scallop and she used the large Scallop Edgelit for this part. For the sentiment she used Perfectly Penned (retired), one of my all time favorite sentiments. I love the ribbon but it is non- Stamp'Up as is the stars. On the inside where the ribbon meets she finished it off with a red dotted star. The dotted stars are from the paper stacks. Thanks Harriett!
